Fidelity Total Control is a comprehensive back office suite of software to manage the data provided by retail and hospitality Epos terminals. Total Control is quick to learn and easy to use. Password protection means access to all or part of the software can be restricted to authorised users. Total Control is scalable from a single location site to multi-location multiple sites. Total Control Corporate is a true ‘branch to head office’ system for customers with larger estates.

Fidelity’s Stock module is used in conjunction with Total Control and is suitable for both retail and hospitality applications. Maintaining effective stock control is important in all types and size of business, but it can be critical in the smaller one. Fidelity Total Control with Stock gives hospitality and retail operators the tools and reports to manage this critical and time-consuming area of the business.

Instant Loyalty enables the smaller operator to compete on equal terms with the larger multiples by enabling them to operate a powerful card based loyalty system. Points redemption can either be real time at the point of sale terminal or can be via vouchers mailed directly to the customer.

Loyalty and Drilldown. How it Works. The customer details from the application form are entered onto the database to form the base customer records. Over time, with every swipe of the card through the point of sale terminal, a profile of the customer’s spending is built up. Details like frequency of visits, spending patterns, specific days of the week visits are made and total spend are recorded. From this information, specific promotions targeted at selected customers can be developed to increase their spending, encourage them to shop more often and to retain their loyalty.
